This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are seeking an IT Technical Assistant to join our Service Desk team.  Working within our Service Desk providing a professional and friendly customer service experience for users of the IT Services across multiple sites aligned with ITIL 4 Framework.  Methodical thinking with the ability to engage others. This will be a hands-on role providing 1st line triage and troubleshooting support to Connexus colleagues working in a multitude of different roles.

You will have experience of:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment providing colleague support, preferably in a technical helpdesk or customer service environment.
  • Experience of working in a Microsoft environment including Azure Entra, Office 365 and Active directory
  • Basic Networking support and troubleshooting
  • Supporting Windows 11 and Android OS devices and rollout
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including setting up and configuring computers and peripheral devices
  • Basic Cyber Security and Anti-virus support and management
  • Some previous experience providing 1st line support
