This is more than an administration role. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced operation, helping to coordinate the work that gets homes repaired, refurbished and ready for new customers as quickly as possible. Your work will directly contribute to reducing empty properties, increasing housing availability and improving outcomes for our communities.

Working closely with empty homes supervisors, operatives and contractors, you will help deliver a high-volume programme of work at pace, maintaining strong control of progress, communication and data. This is a key role within a high-profile recovery programme where your ability to prioritise, communicate and maintain attention to detail will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple properties at different stages of the void process
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, housing teams and internal colleagues to maintain progress
  • Raise and manage works orders, purchase orders and material requests
  • Track job progress and ensure timely completion in line with programme targets
  • Maintain accurate systems, records and compliance documentation
  • Support reporting on performance, turnaround times and delivery against targets
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to ensure properties move quickly to letting
  • Provide administrative support to supervisors to enable effective programme delivery

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment and can keep multiple workstreams moving. You will have:

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and operational systems
  • Experience in housing, voids, repairs, maintenance or scheduling (desirable)

You will also be:

  • Proactive, resilient and solution-focused
  • Calm under pressure in a high-demand environment
  • Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
  • Customer focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service
  • A strong team player who takes ownership of outcomes

If you thrive on organisation, enjoy problem-solving and take pride in keeping things moving, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join Us?

In return for your skills and commitment, you'll join an organisation that is passionate about providing great homes and services for our customers. This is a chance to be part of a high-impact recovery programme that will directly improve housing availability and customer outcomes.
