Development Administrator

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Development Administrator to join our Development team. This is a varied and important role, providing business support across development delivery, procurement, finance administration, handover documentation, customer care, complaints, defects administration and sales support.  You will be part of a supportive Development team where you can play your part in delivering new homes and improving places for our customers and communities. 

What we are looking for

  • A good general standard of education, including English and Mathematics at GCSE Grade C/4 or above.
  • An NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, or equivalent relevant administrative experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to keeping information accurate and up to date.
  • A customer-focused approach and commitment to providing a professional service.
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality, data protection and high-quality record keeping
  • A knowledge of social housing newbuild and audit funding requirements would be an advantage

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head Office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices and locations as required.
