  • Respond to property-related legal enquiries from colleagues across Connexus.
  • Liaise professionally and confidentially with external solicitors, agents and other advisers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in property law who enjoys managing varied work, building effective relationships and helping legal matters progress smoothly.

  • Familiarity with Land Registry procedures.
  • The ability to understand and interpret relevant property and housing legislation and social housing regulation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional and legal documents.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A customer-focused approach and the confidence to work with colleagues across the organisation.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A good general standard of education, including English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
  • A minimum of a law degree or CILEX Level 6 qualification.

Previous experience in conveyancing, property law or a legal-support environment would be desirable, as would knowledge of the housing association sector.

If you’d like to help deliver an efficient and responsive property legal service at Connexus, we’d love to hear from you.
