Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll play a key role in understanding business needs, improving processes and ensuring solutions deliver tangible business outcomes. Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams, you'll help shape and deliver change that supports our Corporate Plan and future ambitions.

  • Lead process discovery, process mapping and process improvement activities.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, requirement specifications and other business analysis artefacts.
  • Support solution evaluation, testing, implementation and business readiness activities.
  • Work with project teams to ensure requirements remain traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Contribute to governance, reporting and continuous improvement activities within the PMO.
  • Support Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies, applying effective analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote continuous improvement, lessons learned and delivery excellence across the organisation.

What we're looking for

  • You'll be an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for understanding how organisations work and identifying opportunities to deliver better outcomes. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders, challenging constructively and translating complex business needs into practical, customer-focused solutions.
  • You'll be confident managing competing priorities, facilitating workshops and engaging colleagues at all levels to drive successful change and continuous improvement.

You'll bring

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology, digital or business change initiatives.
  • Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.
  • Experience of process mapping, process improvement and business transformation.
  • Deep knowledge and practical application of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting testing, implementation and business readiness activities.
  • A recognised business analysis qualification, such as BCS Business Analysis, or equivalent experience would be advantageous.

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
