This is a Fixed Term Contract, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

The customer Services Team is at the heart of the business and takes pride in supporting our customers and communities. 

We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor (Housing & Other) including some reception duties.

As our Customer Services Advisor you will:

  • have a flair and passion for delivering excellent customer service, with previous demonstrable experience.
  • excellent problem-solving skills and can think on your feet, working in a fast-paced environment
  • possess the necessary behaviours and attributes to achieve ‘right first time’ customer interaction.
  • display confidence: being articulate and effective with a full range of communication techniques, i.e., face to face, telephone, written & via digital channels.
  • achieve positive outcomes, supporting all areas of the business, offering a broad range of services to our customers, from advice and assistance with repair & maintenance enquiries to a range of housing, tenancy support and advice, including processing payments.
  • provide a flexible attitude to compliment the importance of service delivery.
