Carpenter Multi-Skilled

The vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity at Connexus for a Carpenter Multi-Skill to join our voids team who work to maintain and prepare our properties to become someone’s new home. As a Carpenter Multi-Skill, you will deliver carpentry repair or replacement services and carry out other relevant building maintenance works as required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and capability in multi-skilled carpentry works. You will be capable of working independently but also as a key part of a team. All work is planned but there are times when we need to complete a property quickly, therefore you must be capable of working under pressure on occasion. You will be based from home with occasional travel to our offices but, normally directly to site each day. The majority of your work will be within Herefordshire.

- A competent ability with kitchen and bathroom fitting along with repairs and maintenance
