Operations Finance Manager

An exciting, opportunity has arisen in our Finance department for an Operations Finance Manager.

Our aim is to provide high quality affordable homes and services to our customers. To deliver this, the Group has an operating expenditure in excess of £40 million. We require a professional and customer focused individual to lead on the production of monthly management accounts and annual budget setting. You would be working as part of the Finance Team in an important role, reporting to the Head of Finance, you would be delivering excellent financial services and support to the operational & corporate functions within the Group.

If you can demonstrate the following experience, then we want to hear from you!

  • Production of monthly management accounts for a complex Group.
  • Co-ordination and production of the annual budget setting process.
  • Responsible for the management of 2-3 accountants.
  • Providing strategic and operational financial advice & guidance across the Group.
  • Leading on the delivery of the internal audit programme.
  • Use of appropriate accounting principles and procedures in the preparation of financial and other management information.

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head Office at Craven Arms (estimated 20% of the time) and travel to other offices as required.
