This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.
The vacancy
We have a vacancy within our repairs team for a floor layer (multi skilled).
The workstream will include day to day repairs and diagnosis of works required, full floor replacements of kitchen, bathroom and cap and cove installs and associated trade processes to complete works required.
Must be able to screed or self-level floors to high standard, ply line and cover all aspects of resilient/safety flooring including cap and coved installations, welded seams and corners and fit luxury vinyl tile, any other flooring skills advantageous.
The ability to be multi skilled is essential to minimise attendance by other trades, such as: tiling/wall panelling, plumbing, carpentry, and any other skills would be advantageous.
To cover all Connexus areas as demand dictates.
