Domestic Abuse Support Officer - Triage
This is a Fixed Term Contract, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.
The vacancy
You’ll be joining Shropshire Domestic Abuse Service which is part of a team covering Shropshire which provides community-based services and manages 2 refuges and other safe accommodation for those fleeing domestic abuse. The work we do is varied, and no two days are the same.
This exciting role is to be part of a small team providing first point of entry service to new clients via telephone, face to face and via multi agency meeting.
To contact new referrals within appropriate timescale and complete the triage process with clients including assessing need, risk and completing safety plans. To allocate clients to relevant support officer/service.
