The vacancy
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Compliance Co-ordinator who has an understanding of the sale of shared ownership homes and the compliance requirements that come with grant-funded homes. The successful candidate will help to deliver the group’s sales functions in relation to shared ownership and rent to buy, and potentially maximising sales with your marketing knowledge.
Reporting to the Sales Manager on a fixed term contract, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and effective manner to help us to achieve annual sales targets. You will contribute to monthly and quarterly reports to the Executive Leadership Team and Committee on sales performance.
You will help us to achieve our quarterly and annual targets for sales revenue, and other sales-related KPIs. It is crucial for you to promote Connexus’ sales, regeneration and new build projects, both inside and outside the organisation. It is key that you support other members of the sales team and the wider development team to help them perform well and keep improving.
We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of shared ownership, resales and staircasing processing and compliance requirements. You will be part of a small team and will be hands on with sales paperwork. A knowledge of rent to buy tenure is desirable but not essential. You will have the ability to build and maintain productive relationships culminating in successful sales completions. A background in the social housing sector, a good understanding of the broader economic factors influencing the housing market and an understanding of Homes England funded shared ownership compliance requirements would be an advantage.
We reserve the right to close the advert prior to the stated closing date should we have a high volume of appropriate candidates.
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
Shortlisting date: 20 April 2026
Interview date: 28 April 2026
