The vacancy
At Connexus, we place great value on our customers' experiences and are committed to continually improving the services we offer. We celebrate our successes and, just as importantly, learn from times when things don’t go as planned, using feedback to make positive changes.
We are seeking a proactive Legal and Insurance Case Co-Ordinator to join our Governance and Risk Team. In this pivotal role, you will manage legal disrepair and insurance cases, acting as the main point of contact for related queries and working closely with our external advisors throughout the duration of each case. You will adopt a collaborative approach, partnering with colleagues across various teams - particularly repairs and assets - to resolve cases efficiently. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate, up-to-date case data, analysing trends, and providing insightful feedback to drive service improvements. While working with external advisors is a key part of this role, where we are looking to make a difference is in our internal management of cases. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just send an email but proactively reaches out to colleagues, ensuring that the necessary remedial actions are taken, and lessons learned to avoid this occurring in the future.
To excel in this role, you should possess outstanding communication and time management skills, a keen eye for detail, a composed and thoughtful approach, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for problem solving. We’re looking for someone who is able to work with a variety of different audiences and build strong working relationships.
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
Shortlisting date: 07 May 2026
Interview date: 12 and 13 May 2026
