Technical Administrator

This is a Fixed Term Contract, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Technical Administrator to work within our Investments Team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of a planned programme of works, replacing major components in our properties. You’ll distribute work instructions directly to front-line operational staff or contractors, assist with ensuring data accuracy across our systems and respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally and in line with our service standards.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administration experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Excel and Word suites
  • A good team player
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent through relevant training/ experience.

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
