An exciting opportunity has arisen in our young person's accommodation for a Life Skills Coach, we are looking for someone to support young people aged 16-25 as they develop the confidence, independence, and practical skills needed to thrive in adulthood.

In this role you will be working alongside young people to overcome barriers, achieve personal goals and build bright positive futures.

As a Life Skills Coach, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each young person's individual needs, strengths, and aspirations. You will deliver one-to-one coaching, facilitate group workshops, and help young people develop the practical and emotional skills required for independent living, education, employment, and overall wellbeing. You will build positive associations and partnerships within the community to create pathways for young people and opportunities leading to sustained participation from young people.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with one weekly shift from 11:30am–7:30pm. (At times you may be required to work alternative shifts including weekends to ensure continuity of the service.)
